Description of Idea:
It can be an app visualizing the local information in very cool animation! For example, which day/month/year in the past of certain region(say Pittsburgh) has particular property such as snowing, raining or earthquake. It turn the normal routine(weather) into more interesting way for people to look at it. By different color, we can easily see if certain area is famous of raining or earthquake! Like this one
